Princeton Room - Pines III fine dining room where residents are served three elegant, nutritious meals every day.
The dining room is managed by Sarah Oreck
Evans (pictured above), a name familiar to longtime Duluth residents. Sarah is the granddaughter of Jimmy and Ruth Oreck, founders of the internationally-renowned Flame Restaurant where she learned the art of cooking.
Pines III residents will also enjoy the services of a nutritionist/dietitian who, along with Sarah, will assist in creating a balanced and healthy cuisine.
