 Welcome to the Princeton Room - Pines III fine dining room where residents are served three elegant, nutritious meals every day. Here Duluth Mayor Gary Doty and Don Cameron (as Mark Twain) reminisce about the good old days. The dining room is managed by Sarah Oreck Evans, a name familiar to longtime Duluth residents. Sarah is the granddaughter of Jimmy and Ruth Oreck, founders of the internationally-renowned Flame Restaurant where she learned the art of cooking. Pines III residents will also enjoy the services of a nutritionist/dietitian who, along with Sarah, will assist in creating a balanced and healthy cuisine.
