Are there any upfront fees to move into PINES III?

Simply, NO. There are no "Life Use" or "Entrance" fees. At PINES III you pay your monthly rent plus any costs for additional services and that's it. Even though other assisted living apartment complexes require upfront payments ranging as high as $50,000 - we feel there is no valid reason to burden our residents in this way.

How will I be certain PINES III can meet my special needs?

To ensure that each tenant's needs are met now and in the future, PINES III health associates will conduct a complete assessment of your physical and mental health. If we determine our basic services are not fully adequate, we will be certain to identify any extra services you may need to contract for.

What kinds of extra services are available?

In addition to basic services provided by St. Francis Health Services, through PINES III you can arrange additional nursing and personal care - from special medication assistance and nursing to help with bathing and grooming. Whatever you need, we will do our best to fulfill it.
