The Mount Royal Pines Dining Room is decorated as an elegant restaurant. The Pines is blessed to have Sarah Oreck Evans as our Chief Chef and Dining Director.

Many of you may remember the nationally acclaimed Flame Restaurant on Lake Superior and its owner Jimmy Oreck. Sarah is the granddaughter of Jimmy Oreck and she brings many of the tasty dishes from the Flame to the Pines.
