The Pines I & II is managed by the firm of Edmunds Company.

The Edmunds Company is one of Duluth's oldest real estate firms. Established in 1952, the firm was principally associated with the sale of residential and commercial properties. 

Today, Edmunds Company continues real estate sales, maintaining a staff of professional sales associates. In 1978, the firm diversified by developing the first "senior apartment" in an eastern residential community - Woodland Gardens. Since then, Edmunds Company has managed Woodland Gardens and has co-developed, purchased, and managed a diversified portfolio of Duluth properties including Mount Royal Pines I & II and Mount Royal Pines III.
