"If it is convenient for you to fill out this pre-application, please do so and click on "submit".  Note that this is a pre-application which will alert Woodland Garden site Manager Connie Geving of you interest in our apartment. Filling out this pre-ap does not constitute being on the waiting list.

Connie will then send you the complete paper application which consists of several pages.  The full application needs to be filled out and sent back to Woodland Garden Apartments at 127 E. Calvary Road, Duluth, MN 55803, or you could bring the application to Connie in person."  

There is a lengthy waiting list for Woodland Gardens. Upon a personal visit and/or a telephone call, the Housing Manager can explain the current estimated time until the applicant would be next in line to move to the apartment. In certain instances, such as qualified individuals with very low income, the waiting time may be much shorter, since there are certain US Government mandated priorities. The Woodland Gardens Housing Manager will be pleased to explain these to you to see if you qualify.
